Before submitting

Use this process only for genuine copyright concerns. A negative review, criticism, or opinion is not automatically copyright infringement.

HoopCheck will review submissions and may request additional information. Do not treat this page as proof that HoopCheck has a registered DMCA designated agent until that registration is completed.

To submit a notice, contact HoopCheck@outlook.com with the copyrighted work, the specific HoopCheck location of the material, your contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and your electronic signature.

For a counter-notice, include your contact and mailing information, identify the material that was removed or disabled, explain why the removal was mistaken or misidentified, provide the required good-faith and jurisdiction/service statements, and electronically sign the notice.
